Just FYI: Everything is working great. Easily the best washer and dryer I've ever used. Still learning all of the options, but all in all it's been a great experience thus far.
One thing: Give your delivery guy a raise. Or at least a few half racks of PBR. He was friendly, professional, and fast. He was also more than willing to give me a few tips as to the best way to connect the stands to the units themselves without killing myself, or being frustrated the whole way through. He was great, really.
All right, thanks again for your time. I'll be in touch about appliances one of these days soon. That gazebo project seems to be taking forever in the planning stages. Supposed to be going over blueprints today, but yeah, I'll believe it when I see it.

 I worked with Gavin for my appliance needs during a kitchen remodel and he provided outstanding service and helped us put together a dynamite kitchen we are thrilled about. He was very knowledgeable and was really on top of his game. He could answer all our questions without any BS thrown in. He was also very patient since it took about 6 months from my first visit to actual delivery.
The purchase and delivery went off without a hitch, and everything is working perfectly. He even provided a reference for a great installer, who made the install fast and painless.
Prices are competitive with other high end stores, and due to the brands they carry, there's not much room for negotiation. They do try to price match if you can find something advertised for less. Their selection is pretty much who's who in high end appliances, and they even carry down to earth brands like Samsung and Bosch.
One nice touch is they accept Amex, so I was able to use my Costco Rebate Amex and get 1% back!

Hi A&A,
I just wanted to let you know that Gene and Dell were absolutely wonderful. We spent the morning with them. They were professional, kind and kept cool heads under pressure. Yes, nothing has been easy. So, why would the delivery be easy? =)
The truck got stuck in some gravel, and we tried everything we could to get some traction. Dell and Gene had lots of ideas; they worked so well together and they worked well with us. They are simply such nice people. In the end, they called a tow truck.  A&A certainly hires a fantastic crew. If you happen to see Gene and Dell, please thank them again from us.

What a great place to learn and see a wide selection of appliances. My salesperson was extremely knowledgable and made me very comfortable with my decisions. He explained the differences in the products and allowed me to make the best decision for me. This was by far my best experience throughout my remodeling journey. Very professional and I am recommending A&A to all of my friends and family.

I Dream of Their Outdoor Kitchens A&A Appliance Solutions has the most beautiful Kitchens - Indoors Or Out. From Amana to Sub Zero, they've got all the top brands and the best service ... including Miele, KitchenAid and the Big Green Egg. They've been very nice to me and I think they'll be nice to you, too.
