Items over 200lbs. will not be taken up any steps or brought into structure other than garage (level storage area). Unit will not be taken over rough terrain (rocks, gravel, loose dirt, uneven surface, etc.). Drop Delivery is a 1 man operation and our associate/driver will first access the safety of the Drop Delivery before performing any transfer of ownership.
